The subject of the public competition is the award of non-refundable financial resources in the maximum amount of up to 1,000,000.00 dinars per user for the purchase of one or more basic assets (machines and equipment), with the aim of improving the quality of the existing or introducing a new product/service into the business process, with the obligation to employ one unemployed person full-time from the records of the National Employment Service, from the territory of the city of Belgrade, for a period of at least one year.
non-reimbursable financial resources to support the development of entrepreneurship for the year 2022 amounts to 29,611,320.00 dinars. The goals of the award are the employment of unemployed persons, affirmation and support of female entrepreneurship and gender equality, improvement of the business process through the introduction of new production, business or improvement of existing business lines, the initiation of new entrepreneurial activities, the opening of opportunities for the modernization and expansion of production and service-oriented activities, as well as the preservation of existing and the creation of conditions for the creation of new jobs, strengthening the competitiveness of economic entities, stimulating the creation of new additional material value intended for the market and increasing the overall economic growth and development of entrepreneurship in the territory of the city of Belgrade. Fixed asset means machines and equipment that will be used for more than one year from the date of signing the contract. Machines and equipment cannot be purchased from a natural person, unless the seller is an entrepreneur. Purchased machines and equipment must be in accordance with the activities of the business entity and must be installed on the territory of the city of Belgrade. If it is about the procurement of computer equipment (computers), only business entities that according to the Decree on the Classification of Activities belong to area 62 can participate in the Public Tender.
