The City Administration of the City of Belgrade, the Secretariat for the Economy, has announced a public tender for the allocation of funds to support the development of innovative activities and self-employment.Based on the Decision on the method, conditions and criteria for the selection of beneficiaries of funds within the framework of measures and activities to support the development of innovative activities and self-employment financed from the budget of the City of Belgrade (''Official Gazette of the City of Belgrade'' No. 37/16), Decision on the City Budget of Belgrade (Official Gazette of the City of Belgrade No. 81/15 and 63/15) and Conclusion of the Deputy Mayor of the City of Belgrade No. 3-4594/16-G-01 dated July 8, 2016, CITY ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF BELGRADE The Secretariat for the Economy announces PUBLIC COMPETITION for the allocation of funds to support the development of innovative activities and self-employment BASIC INFORMATION The amount of allocated financial resources is 5,000,000.00 dinars to support the development of innovative activities and self-employment, in the maximum amount of up to 500,000.00 dinars per user, to cover the costs of infrastructure and professional services in the Belgrade Science and Technology Park in the first year of operation, with the aim of supporting the self-employment of unemployed persons, the development of new innovative and high-tech products, services and processes, the creation of new technological companies, the increase of the competitive ability of economic entities and inclusion in international market flows. The costs that are financed are the costs of infrastructural and professional services by the Belgrade Science and Technology Park, which include: office business space (use of common rooms - meeting rooms, presentation rooms, etc.), administrative and professional services (bookkeeping, legal and secretarial services), and other relevant services depending on the degree of development of the business idea. In 2016, it cannot be awarded for the activities and activities listed in the legal and other regulations that regulate the control and allocation of state aid. APPLICANTS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS The application for the Public competition can be submitted by persons who meet the following conditions: 1) To be unemployed; 2) To have acquired higher education; 3) To have a business idea; 4) That he is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia residing in the territory of the city of Belgrade; 5) That he has not been convicted of or is not being prosecuted for any of the criminal offenses as a member of an organized criminal group, that he has not been convicted of criminal offenses against the environment, the criminal offense of accepting or giving bribes, the criminal offense of fraud. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION The application is an integral part of the Public Competition and consists of the following forms: - Application Form - submitted signed by the applicant with a more detailed business idea or project; - Statement of the applicant Applications on all other de minimis state aid he received in the previous three-year fiscal period, and whether and on what basis he was already granted state aid for the same justified expenses or the applicant's statement that he did not use state aid (an integral part of the application); commercial register as a founder or member of a company, i.e. as an entrepreneur and that he is an unemployed person (an integral part of the Application).
