Belgrade, November 8, 2024. - Recognition "MENTOR AWARD 2024" the most successful mentors of Serbia were awarded in two categories this year, for start-up and mature companies. The best mentor in the category of start-up companies is Nataša Jovanović from the Regional Development Agency "Zlatibor", Užice, due to her cooperation with the company "Medici" from Užice, and in the category of mature companies, the best mentor is Lila Nađ Fodor from the Regional Development Agency "PANONREG", Subotica, who became the laureate of this award due to mentoring with the company "Extraform" from Senta.
In this year's "Mentor Award 2024" competition, eight mentors participated who had the opportunity to show the projects they worked on, the challenges they encountered and the solutions they applied to solve specific challenges.
Exchanging these experiences from the field proved to be the best way to further improve the work of all mentors. The best mentors were chosen by the mentors themselves, based on data on increased sales, development and innovative achievements in the companies they trained.
In front of the jury consisting of Ana Žegarac, Dobrila Sudimac Mratinković, Ljiljana Marković, Šinjićiro Kato and Srđan Beljan, last year's winners Ljiljana Marković and Dobrila Sudimac Mratinković presented the prizes to the winners.
