The recognition of the "MENTOR AWARD" to the most successful mentors in Serbia this year was awarded in 2 categories, for start-up and mature companies.
In the category of mentors of start-up companies, Ljiljana Marković from the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration, Belgrade, was chosen, and in the category of mentors of mature companies, Dobrila Sudimac Mratinković from the Center for Development of Jablanica and Pčinjski Districts.
Granting of recognition The "Mentor Award" included the presentation of the best practice of mentors from Serbia who provided mentoring services to companies. In this way, the mentors had the opportunity to show not only the projects they worked on and the challenges they encountered, but also the solutions they applied to specific problems. The exchange of these experiences from the field proved to be the best way to further improve the work of all mentors, pointed out Ana Žegarac, the project manager.
The winners were presented with the awards by Hađime Fukuda, deputy head of the JICA Balkan Office, RAS-JICA Project Manager from the Development Agency of Serbia Ana Žegarac, and Šinjićiro Kato, JICA expert for the SME Project.
Two-day meeting of mentors and presentation recognition, is part of the project "Strengthening and further establishment of mentoring services for small and medium enterprises in the countries of the Western Balkans", which is the fifth in a series of projects within the framework of cooperation, which the Development Agency of Serbia has had for 17 years with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
