"InterConnect", one of the most significant and largest business events in the region, after last year's very successful conference, will again this year in Belgrade and Serbia, on April 17 and 18, bring together representatives of leading European companies interested in establishing supply chains in the Western Balkans, small and medium-sized enterprises from the region, as well as international experts and top managers with the aim of agreeing new deals and cooperation.
The focus is on the sectors of industrial products and machinery, plastics, rubber and metalworking, and this gathering will be an excellent opportunity for companies from Serbia and the region, in direct B2B discussions, to consider the possibilities of cooperation, export and inclusion in the supply chains of 15 large and medium-sized companies from Germany, Sweden, Slovenia, BiH, among which are "Hisense Gorenje Europe", "Kiekert", COMPLEO, BUFAB, DBW, VIRS, "iForm" and others.
In relation to similar events in the region and Europe, the quantity, as well as the profile of foreign companies that will be present at the conference in April, "InterConnect" represents a top level and therefore an exceptional opportunity for businessmen from Serbia and the region to connect and establish business cooperation with companies from abroad.
"InterConnect" is organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and the company "Convestenics", with the support of the "Big Small Economy" project funded by USAID and implemented organization ACDI/VOCA.
The event includes a professional conference and B2B meetings scheduled in advance through a specialized, innovative platform for business connections, as well as a tour of potential suppliers, companies throughout Serbia, so that future customers can get acquainted directly with the situation on the ground.
The participants of the conference will have the opportunity, through presentations by experts, to get acquainted with the latest trends in supply chains, with the possibilities of improving business with customers, how to establish sales value systems, improve export strategy... Last year's "InterConnect" had very notable results - 110 representatives of Serbian and companies from the Western Balkans met with representatives of 17 medium and large companies from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden and Poland, and held 250 B2B meetings. The buyers then visited 22 companies in Serbia in two days, and two contracts have already been concluded, although the entire process takes an average of 18 months.
This year, more than 100 small and medium-sized companies from the region are expected to be interested in the opportunity to connect with renowned partners, join international supplier chains and apply the most modern sales techniques.
