Education - Preparing a business plan and doing business with banks

Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade organizes training as part of the Standard set of services for the SME sector in the area of ​​Preparation of a business plan and doing business with banks, 21-22.08.2014 , starting at 10 a.m. in the Office for Youth of the City of Belgrade on the 6th floor of the Beogradjanka building.

Education - Preparation of a business plan and doing business with banks is aimed at helping owners of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop their own business plan and to understand how they should present it to banks, in order to maximize the chances of obtaining financial assistance from commercial banks.

The basic units of this module are:

1. purpose and content of the business plan

2. marketing, operational and financial development plan

3. key financial concepts and cash flow projections
