Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade organizes training as part of the Standard Set of Services for the SME sector in the field of Marketing and Sales, 07-08/08/2014, starting at 10 a.m. in the premises of the Youth Office of the City of Belgrade on the 6th floor of the Beogradanka building.
The Marketing and Sales training will consist of the following areas:
1. Tools and techniques for finding and retaining new customers
- Identification of the market;
- Identification of the market niche;
- Use of effective networking to find new clients;
- Use of relevant literature and media to find new clients;
- Effective use of feedback, in order to improve products, services and deliveries;
- Using appropriate customer relationship management software/systems, in order to build long-term customer relationships.
2. Sales Process
- Overview of the sales process;
- It's not about selling what you have, it's about helping people buy it;
- Preparation ensures great results - preparation and research on techniques to increase sales;
- Prepare an offer;
- Identify decision makers;
- Handling complaints;
- Closing techniques sales.
3. Using alternative cheap methods for positioning and standing out from the crowd (using the so-called "guerrilla marketing" method
- Why mass marketing no longer works - people stand out from the "noise of the crowd";
- Using social networks to promote one's own business, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs and other internet forums;
- Using "pop-up" (eng. pop-up)" advertising and internet;
- Badges, stickers and spray-painted logos;
- Demonstrations, free talks and consultations to become famous and be interesting;
- Marketing "from ear to ear";
