The WOMEX project aims to contribute to a change in business culture across European regions, ensuring that the competitiveness and sustainable growth of exporting small and medium-sized enterprises cannot be understood separately from equal opportunities for women who work in or lead them.

A particular focus is placed on the development of policies, tools, and mechanisms that improve women’s access to finance, education, and digital technologies, thereby strengthening their role in international competitiveness and the sustainable growth of enterprises.

The WOMEX project is implemented under the Interreg Europe Programme, with RAREI Belgrade participating as a project partner.
