The organizers brought together representatives of partner institutions and experts from various European countries with the goal of exchanging experiences and improving regional policies that promote competitiveness, gender equality, and international cooperation in the field of women’s entrepreneurship, with a focus on international trade.

The program also included the presentation of WOMEX consortium policy instruments, with a special focus on the group SWOT dynamics designed to analyze challenges and opportunities for public servants in the process of integrating a gender perspective into public policies. The workshop was led by Dr. Sara Berbel, a renowned Catalan social psychologist and public manager with extensive experience in gender equality, women’s leadership, and local administration.

The event was also attended Association of Business Women in Serbia and representatives of the City of Belgrade, further strengthening inter-institutional cooperation within the framework of the WOMEX project.
