CAMPUS – Strengthening Digital Resilience Across European Regions

The CAMPUS project, co-financed by the Interreg Europe programme, aims to enhance the digital resilience of local and regional authorities (LRAs) across Europe – their ability to respond to external digital threats and natural disasters by improving cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and digital skills.

Inspired by the Bretagne Cyber Campus, the project focuses on developing regional policies that support the establishment of digital campuses as tools for resilience. It addresses three thematic areas (digital for personal space, industry, and public space), and one crosscutting theme – cybersecurity.

CAMPUS brings together 10 partners from 7 countries, including one EU candidate country, involving regional and local authorities, innovation agencies, digital innovation hubs, and a university.

The project fosters interregional learning to identify good practices, analyze challenges, and improve policy instruments that strengthen digital resilience in European regions.
